-Adults only, 18 and up due to third party liability and insurance issues.
-Maximum occupancy per room is 2 (two persons)

-There are no refunds if a reservation is cancelled after 1 (one) AM, 7 (seven) days before the day of check in (arrival). No date changes either in the same 7 (seven) day period

-There are no refunds for reservations where any day falls on a long weekend, the festive period (23 December till 2 January), official holidays and school holidays.

-Check In from 14:00, Check Out until 10:00. No early check in as Rooms must be prepared and checked to the expected standard.

-NO drunk and/or disorderly conduct causing any discomfort to either staff or other guests. Persons behaving in this manner will be evicted from the property without refund. This is a zero sum game, as all guests have the absolute right to feel safe, secure and comfortable during their stay.

-No heat sources of any kind, like hotplates, gas cooker, BBQ (braai) etc - These safety rules and policies are non negotiable and if broken will result in refusal of lodging and eviction without refund.

-No refunds on group bookings (3 rooms or more) under any circumstances

-No date changes allowed

-Bookings are non-transferable

-Non arrival (No Show) on the day of check-in forfeits the total value of the booking, and the whole reservation is cancelled.

-Strictly no pets of any kind allowed

-No Smoking in rooms

-Quiet time from 20:00 till 07:00 for the peace and comfort of all guests

-Using spotlights on the deck is strictly prohibited as it has a negative effect and disrupts animal movement

-No flash photography on the deck, and keep silent when the large animals come right up to the deck. It is a deadly hazard.

-Persons who feed animals will be evicted with immediate effect without refund. Birds at breakfast may be fed.

-It is against the law (it is a criminal charge) if a drone passes over the edge of the deck into the Kruger Park area. This law is strictly abided by and transgressors will be reported and arrested and charged.
